“ An unsuspecting little brewery tucked into the street and you wouldn’t know how beautiful and spacious it was until you walked in. I have to say the bar was really clean and the beautiful dark wood finish on all of it really set the mood and pace of the meal for the night. The girls behind the bar were extremely kind and quick with their service. Although they could’ve been more attentive the real attraction of the night was the food. The hot chicken wings were so soft and juicy and wasn’t too spicy where you could still taste the chicken. It tasted very similar to Frank’s hot sauce. The Buffalo mac and cheese was on of the best mac and cheese I have ever had. The pasta they chose made it so it soaked in the gorgonzola sauce and could pick up some of the melted goodness, blending in with the chicken. Every bite was a little taste of heaven. The goat cheese salad had a little bit of everything. Sweet. Crunchy. Soft. Cheesy. This is definitely not your average boring salad and the sauce of your choice goes on the side to have at your pace. If I was closer i’d be a regular here just because we ordered a few things and everything was consistently cooked really well. ”
“ We come for the food but I know people enjoy the beer also! Great service, college age kids for staff, clean. Nice atmosphere. The foods great, not a huge menu at this location but everything on the menu is delicious. ”
“ Food makes it a 5 star place (especially since GF is an option and they offer a beyond meat burger)! I've had almost everything on the menu and all I can say is, damn! I leave full. Trivia night is a must if you haven't been and order the wings! Good beer, good service, good atmosphere. ”
“ The food is always immaculate and the beer is always cold, on a hot summer day being able to walk in and order a pint is sublime! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and speedy even when the bar is packed. This is a good place to sit relax and chat with your friends over beers. ”
“ Amazing for a party of 15. Great hosts. Great good. Thank you ”
“ Great time! Went for the Drag Show! A M A Z I N G. Great prices for drinks, made really well. We only ate friends but they were seasoned well. Met one of the owners, seemed really friendly. This place needs LGTBQ support. This town crawls with a community with nowhere to go. Now we can finally find a home! ”
“ Atmosphere is pleasing. Waitstaff is quick, knowledgeable and courteous. The choices for food is excellent, yet the prices are very good. Their fresh made chips are out of this world. I chose the Pot Roast sandwich-the beef was so juicy, yet fork tender, some would describe it as succulent. It was served on a ciabotta roll covered in smoky provolone cheese. Each finger-licking bite left me wanting more. Do yourself a favor and head on down to EBC in Fredonia for a brew and a bite, trust me, you'll thank me for it. Update: Went today 5/13/24 for a belated Mother's Day lunch with my daughter We had appetizer pretzels with beer cheese (so creamy, cheesy & delectable), Beer Cheese Burger w/truffle fries (YUM!), and I had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese- crispy BBQ chicken over a luscious gorganzola cheesy sauce coated cellantini (chef's kiss). Drinks: Blueberry Lemonade w/Blueberry Stoli Vodka & EBC Blueberry Wheat Beer. ”
“ Service was great! Reasonably priced. We got the tater tot appetizer and we loved the mozzarella on the top. Very unique. The pot roast Mac n cheese is amazing! Very tasty. When I ordered my tacos, I asked if I could substitute shrimp for the Mahi Mahi. The waitress said I could but that the fish was very mild, so I decided to try it. What a surprise! It was delicious! If we ever come back to NY we will probably return. Thanks for a nice experience. ”
